Ten years ago, the editor started publication of a journal entitled Investment and Taxation while starting the tax practicing of one of the largest leading professional service companies (one of “Big Four”) in Shanghai. The sixty published issues in total had been very popular for providing our clients and peers timely and efficiently with the latest developments of law, regulation, information and trend regarding the PRC taxation and investment laws etc.. For various reasons Investment and Taxation ceased publication in the year of 2001.
Nowadays, aiming to create Chinese CPA’s own brand, Shanghai De’An Certificated Public Accountants and Shanghai De’An Huaming Certificated Taxation Agency decide to republish “Investment and Taxation”. We anticipate that she will take on a newer look in front of our clients and peers. We sincerely welcome the precious advice and suggestions from our clients and peers on this journal, and discussions of topics of common interest and concern to both of us.
